Information about Bill: Bill is to say the least, a carefree and sarcastic person but from my own knowledge of Bill, he's also incredibly reckless and clumsy, he never even apologised to me for simply bumping into him without him noticing, he just went on about his day!, I also know for a fact that Bill loves to read books a lot & listens to music through his "handy" MP3 Player and hates being interrupted, I once saw someone interrupt him and he just happened to clap back with something sarcastic about them, he's such a confusing person overall, sheesh
